Customer Ratings & Reviews

Kiku Folder is rated 4.6429 out of 5 by 14.
Rated 4 out of 5 by from That's not a knife, THIS is a knife Bought this knife after handling it at SHOT show. She is a beast. The blade is massive and she is no lightweight. The complex grind is a thing of beauty and she cuts with a beautiful shearing action because of the belly. I have very large hands as I am a very large man so it fits my hand perfectly, be aware if you don't have vaguely sasquatch like proportions, this blade may be a bit on the big side.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Well thought out tactical grip I was hesitant to buy this based only on a picture because the grip seemed pretty “rough” for an everyday carry knife. Now that I get it in my hand I am truly impressed with the thought and design effort put into this handle. Literally any way you grab this knife, 2 or 3 of those indentations align with your fingers making a much stronger grip. This is what makes it a great tactical design for a knife. I don’t do reviews unless I am extremely impressed, and this knife impresses me.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from 5 Stars - One Dang Fine Knife I have four Kikus: the large Satin fixed and folders and the Black Tini of the same. These knives just feel like they belong in my hands. They have a super edge and the ergonomics of the handle and the blades just seems like the perfect balance to me. Worth every penny!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Amazing Quality I bought this because I fell in love with the design, I go it home and was amazed at its quality and construction. The Blade itself was sharp and holds an edge very well. The pocket clip is one of the stiffest clips i Have ever owned. The Grips are just awesome, it gives very good resistance towards slippery hands, I have used it from skinning an small animal, all the way up to cutting open ice bags for camping.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from KIKU Folder Bought this for myself for my birthday and it came in good time and was very sharp out of the box as well as an accurate engraving.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from POOR QUALITY & DESIGN The thumb stud on this knife is not the same size on both sides of the blade. More importantly the extra metal installed for the liner-lock holds the blade with its thumb stud too much to the right not permitting the proper purchase for left handed individuals. Believe it or not, 1/16" difference makes a big difference in being able to single-handedly open this knife. As I am left handed it is a decided disadvantage. This is either a 'one-off', or it is poor quality control. Considering the cost of this knife I expect more. This was my first SOG knife - and it may be my last. Say what you want about the American worker; but, all my American made and designed knives are far better than this.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love it. Great knife. I field dressed a deer, skinned it, and took my meat with out having to put a stone to it! did what i needed it to. i did this in the pouring rain, so i was pretty impressed with the grip as well. also blood cleaned off of the grip super easy kinda had my doubts due to the material but it surprised me.

Pocket clips can be broken if they are accidentally caught on foreign objects while wearing. Damage to a knife handle because a clip has snagged is not considered "normal," and any such damage will be assessed under warranty. Learn more about replacing pocket clips in Knife & Tool Care.
