The Blink represents the best of both worlds, combining the proven design of the lockback with lightning quick blade access. Thanks to S.A.T. SOG Assisted Technology the blade is propelled open once the operator has initiated the one-handed opening action. Invented by Spencer Frazer, who always manages to come up with something different!

    SOG Assisted Technology

    SOG Assisted Technology

SOG Assisted Technology (S.A.T.) works through the balance of opposing high-tension coil springs. As you initiate the opening action, the force propelling your blade open becomes greater than the force keeping it closed. The result is a blade that springs open instantly once it is engaged, seemingly on its own.

Customer Ratings & Reviews

Blink is rated 4.75 out of 5 by 8.
Rated 5 out of 5 by from Best Pocket Knife EVER! I used this knife everyday up until I lost it in the field. I'm hoping it turns up soon or you get more in stock! Perfect corner pocket size extremely easy to keep sharp. Flick of the blade and it's open.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from One of the Best Knives I Have Ever Played With! I bought this for my dad about a year ago after watching a Nutnfancy review. This knife is an absolute blast to play with! It's so fast, but so small! The Blink is just a great knife to have around the house, especially when you're just sitting around and flicking this thing constantly!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Perfect pocket Bought this after I had a Trident for years. It is small enough to fit comfortably in my pocket yet it useful for everyday.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great EDC I bought this knife several years back. It is US made, not just assembled here. I had misplaced it for about 6 months. Very glad it showed back up. It holds an edge for a long time. I just hit it with a steel in between sharpening. It is very thin so it is very easy to carry.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Why you should buy this knife. I purchased this knife over a year ago and couldn't have been more happy with the knife. When I purchase a knife I look for a couple different characteristics in the knife. First being how long the blade keeps sharp before having to sharpen it through daily use. This knife keeps a blade remarkably well and is key because no one wants to keep sharpening blade everything they use it. Since this blade is so small I can keep it in my pocket without it bothering me. This leads me to the second thing I look for in knives and that's how durable it is, besides the blade. The exterior of the blade bed has been in my pocket almost everyday for over a year now and I can't find any scratches on the outside of the knife after bouncing around in my pocket with my keys. This knife is a perfect knife because of how small it is and how perfectly crafted the whole design truly is. Also after using it for a year the spring assist still works as good as the day I bought it.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from A Must Have I have two of these (both engraved with a personal tribute to the best Lab that ever lived) because I misplaced the first one and liked it so much I bought a second; the sure way to find the first! Had it for over five years. I carry it clipped at the 4-5 o'clock position inside my Dockers waistband daily. It's always there when I need it for light cutting jobs up through about 3/8" cordage.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Good knife, bad clip This is a great little EDC knife and I love it with the exception of the pocketclip. It wiggles sideways and that loosens it up, which sucks, and I had to fix it with locktite. Put a similar clip on the blink as on the twitch series and bring the black one back, I'd buy another one then.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great EDC Have had mine for 4 months and find it to be the perfect edc knife because of its deep carry and small size.

    SOG Warranty Information

All SOG products are guaranteed against defects in workmanship and materials for the life of the original purchaser. SOG Unconditional Pocket Clip Warranty

Pocket clips can be broken if they are accidentally caught on foreign objects while wearing. To help prevent such occurrences, SOG recommends that you wear your knife in your front pocket, with the knife inside your pocket. If, for whatever reason, your clip bends or breaks and you would like to receive a replacement, fill out the Clip Request Form, or email/call SOG's warranty department. Damage to a knife handle because a clip has snagged is not considered "normal," and any such damage will be assessed under warranty. Learn more about replacing pocket clips in Knife & Tool Care.
